My Art Project

The other day, I was enjoying a rare day off from everything and was sitting in my apartment looking at my "Baseball Wall" lining my living room. On this wall hangs my keychains, an old picture of Wrigley Field, a number from the Civic Stadium scoreboard, some pennants and a few other trinkets. There is also a bookshelf where I keep all my autographed baseballs, shot glasses, baseball books, and old scorecards I bought at ballparks. It is my little shrine to the game I love.

So, I was looking at it and an idea popped into my head. In my backpack that I take on all of my road trips, I keep a small little pouch for all of my ticket stubs I have accumulated during all my travels. In an effort to always be improving and be sleeker, I was trying to find a way to display all of them on the wall. I went and bought some cork boards, hung them on the wall using double-sided tape, and made a collage of all my ticket stubs.

What do you think?

In other news, my first Duck baseball game is next Tuesday! The long layoff will soon be ending!

Always take on a 3-0 pitch ;)
